How Do I Apply for KCA?

Our admissions process includes several steps intended to assist families in making the decision for Christian Education.  At every step along the way, we are available to answer questions and connect you with teachers and other staff members.

When you are ready to apply and enroll, the following are the components of the process:

This application provides information about your family, your church participation, your personal statement of faith, information about your student and a checklist of application elements.  Click the link below and create an account to apply.

At KCA we are a family.  In order for the staff and administration to get to know you better, you will meet with the administration of the school and begin the process of being part of the family.  When we receive your online application we will contact you to schedule an interview. Once the interview is scheduled, please bring the following to the interview:

  • Standardized test scores
  • Last report card
  • Immunization Records
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • $50 Application Fee
  • $200 Enrollment Fee
  • 6th through 12th grade students should be at the interview.

Once your child is enrolled at KCA, you will receive an email of enrollment and instructions on how to set up your payment plan.  Payment Plans will be set up through BlueFin Payment software.  Below is the link to their website if you would like more information:

When we moved to the area we visited many schools to determine where we would send our children. When we walked in the door of KCA we just knew this was home. The Christian school has students from many different church backgrounds and we liked that diversity.
