1st Grade

Mrs. George is originally from Roanoke, VA but moved to North Carolina and lived there for 14 years. She graduated High School from First Assembly Christian School and attended college at RCCC and UNC. She majored in Early Childhood Education. She is currently finishing up her Elementary Education degree from Liberty University.

Amberly taught Montessori School for three years and taught preschool for twenty-five years before coming to teach first grade. She and her husband have been married for fifteen years and have three children and two cats. Their daughters, Ava and Bella are in high school at KCA. Their son, Cristian, is serving in the U.S. Air Force.

She enjoys hiking, scrapbooking, reading, and going for long drives. Amberly looks forward to going on vacation with her family each summer. Her favorite verse is Isaiah 40:31.
